Before She Talks was a platform, it was a friendship. Julie and Shelby built their businesses side by side, and that same instinct, to open doors for the woman next to you rather than guard your own, is what the Collective is built on. It's the one thing no other network in this space can claim.
A doctorate-holding professor turned serial entrepreneur, national best-selling author, and sought-after keynote speaker with over 20 years spent helping women step into authentic leadership. She founded JD Consulting, built the nationwide Lead and Empower Her SHE Talks movement from the ground up, and launched SHE Talks Magazine, a platform that has put countless women in front of national audiences as speakers, writers, and leaders in their own right.
